If you paid by credit card and would like a refund, please send an email to [email protected]. Include your PortalVPN user or unique ID and the payment token from your bank statement. Look for a charge formatted as VPN*xxxxxxxxxx. Note: The format might vary slightly based on your bank.

Apple In-App Purchases

Refunds for purchases made within iOS apps (via the App Store) must be handled by Apple. To request a refund, please follow Apple’s refund instructions. We're unable to process these refunds directly.
