Welcome to PortalVPN! By using or subscribing to our VPN service, you're agreeing to our terms. Should there be any significant updates to these terms, we'll let you know through our dashboard. If you're not on board with the changes, you'll need to stop using the service. For details on refunds, keep reading.

Our VPN Service

PortalVPN is all about protecting your personal information through encryption. We mask your metadata by swapping your IP address with one of ours. This shared address keeps each user's data and online activity patterns anonymous, breaking the link between users and their activities on the internet.

We're serious about safety. That's why we block certain TCP ports (25, 465, and 587) to prevent email spam and others (137, 138, 139, and 445) due to Microsoft security vulnerabilities. We also take control of DNS requests to stop DNS leaks.

What we don't do is block or filter domains unless specifically requested or to protect our servers from known threats. We also never modify or inject data into your traffic, ensuring a clean, straightforward browsing experience.

Accessing the Service

To jump on board, you'll need a PortalVPN account and the PortalVPN app. Or, if you prefer, use another WireGuard® or OpenVPN client with our configuration files. The service costs €5 per month, and you can use it on up to 5 devices. Please don't use our service to run a similar VPN service of your own.

Payment Details

We accept various payment methods including Bitcoin, credit card, wire transfer, and iOS in-app purchases. A month of service costs €5, directly from our site, but prices may vary on the App Store. Your service kicks off the moment your payment is processed.

If you're on a subscription and wish to cancel, please do so from your account page on our website. Note that we plan to phase out subscription services soon.

Refunds and Complaints

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the payment date. For a refund, check out our guide. After 30 days, we might still refund unused time under certain conditions. Get in touch with us for any service complaints.

Just a heads-up: We don't refund cryptocurrency payments, and App Store purchases need to be refunded through them directly.

Your Privacy

Your anonymity is key for us, which is why we don't store logs or metadata. However, using payment options like Bank wire and Stripe means those services will handle your personal data.
